Marketing Strategies in Detail
1. FFR's:
Give one disc to all your reviews ( do not
forget Grandparents, they need an escape plan too!)
2. NEW BUSINESS:
Include a Fire Safety Disc with all of your new business, Auto, Home, Commercial, Health and Life.
3. COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS:
Give one disc to
all of your NEW BUSINESS/RENEWAL'S and ask
the business owner to give one to all their employee's
with small families.
4. APPARTMENT/ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
Ask the management company to give a disc and a
quote to all new tenants in their new tenant package.
Also ask to hold a fire safety day ( twice a year), invite
the Fire department, have hot dogs and pop corn
and have the opportunity to meet all the tenants.
5. REAL ESTATE AGENTS:
With the real estate
market changing more young families will be able to
buy homes they could not have bought before.
Have the realtor give a disc to all their new sales as a
gift from them with you as the sponsor of the disc.
6. TITLE AND ECSROW:
Have a flyer for display;
give the office discs to hand out to all closings. This is
a great source for new business.
7. FIRE SERVICE BUSINESS:
Contact local business
in this field and have them promote fire safety using this
education tool. Work together as a team/partnership
for their clients and yours

You should have Farmers branding with tables, chairs and hand outs. It is a great place to visit with your community. The Disc shows you care but more importantly offers a tool that is user friendly. Take the Fire Safety Disc to all the groups as a tool to help save lives in your local communities. Help others make a difference and watch them return the favor. Real Estate and Escrow officers are at the start of a new homeowner's life, Police and Firefighters are there at the time of need, Educators are in the family daily, even Accountant/CPA's work with our clients and are a source of distribution/referral.

11. OUTREACH:
Look at Private Schools, Pre-schools, Foster Services, County Children Services, Property Management Business's. Offer a renter's quote to all families and include a free disc. Open doors by giving a value no other insurance agent has ever had. Look for support groups out of the normal flow, help those helping others. Summer Camps are a great source of training and then remember the disc goes home!
