We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you, as our customer or former customer, except as described in this notice.

Our privacy statement applies solely to the CMG's sites (secure.firefacts.org, firefacts.org).

Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via common carrier (FedEx or UPS), and are shipped standard ground unless request is made for expidited shipping. Tracking information is provided upon shipment of your order.

Returns and/or Refunds

Refunds must be requested within 30 days from the original purchase date. Item(s) returned must be in original condition and un-used. CDs returned must be returned in quanities of 100. Partially used boxes (less than 100 CDs) will not be accepted. Refunds will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Cost of shipping is non-refundable. Cost to return items is not covered under the return policy, and is the responsibility of the purchaser. If purchase was made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the credit card orginally used for the purchase. Checks will be issued if item(s) were orginally purchased by either check or money order. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned merchandise. Items damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of CMG.

Security

We handle your information securely. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you only to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you or to provide necessary technical support. We require the employees with access to your nonpublic personal information, including credit card information, to safeguard against all unauthorized access, use and unlawful disclosure. We require our employees to adhere to high standards of ethics and integrity in performing their jobs and conducting business. We also require the same standards of confidentiality from the service vendors that assist us.
